Hot tub functionality leaves much to be desired!!! A bit more attention to cleanliness outside would enhance the overall atmosphere. The wall-mounted toiletries felt cheap in a modern facility. Consider improving the parking availability during busy times!!!

Great beds and a safe, TV and a microwave oven. A walk-in shower in the bathroom. Fantastic and incredible location in Burley, very close to the Snake River, the river walk with a big terrace and views out to the river and the river side.

We got a room with a tub. The folks working here were pleasant. Hotel's location was great, in the middle of jackson.

Fine river views

Absolutely loved having a heavy walker above me all night, good! And breakfast? Let's just say it was basically gone. I was hoping for preferential treatment seeing as I had the audacity to book a river view, but all I got was a parking lot. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't do it.

We had our names on the welcome sign on the TV when we walked in, thought that was a nice touch. The staff even offered to heat up some food for my wife when they ran out in the breakfast area.
